After verifying the case, NEBCO Trading Company will take the appropriate action to exchange or return the product without charging the customer any costs resulting from an error by NEBCO Trading Company.
If a product is found to have a defect that is not caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or storage by the customer, please contact Customer Service and provide the order details along with photographs or a video showing the condition of the product, where possible.
Defective products will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the product warranty, if any, after the condition of the product has been verified.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers in relation to defective products.

If a customer receives a product that does not conform to the agreed specifications or the product ordered, the customer may contact NEBCO Trading Company to have the matter addressed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screens, photography, or lighting conditions. Such minor variations alone shall not be considered a product defect, provided that they do not affect the essential agreed specifications of the product.
